Hello there, the information, which appeared on T.V. Channels was as under:
The institute named Kalyani is situated at Navi Mumbai. it was registered
but was not getting any Government grants. There were 27 mentally retarded
girls. The institute required funds and it seams that these funds were
raised by elicit means. Recently, the institute has purchased a big plot of
land. If girls from such institute are to be taken outside, special
permission is required from the social welfare department. but no such
permission was taken and the girls were allowed to be taken out. No male
members are allowed to enter the inner portion of such institutes. But here
even this rule was violated. Now all the girls have been transferred to
another institute. The promoters claim that the rapid progress made by the
institute was not palatable to some vicious people therefore, it was all a
conspiracy against the institute. However, it is not clear so as to who were
the male members who took disadvantage of such girls.
