hai! another thing I want to suggest you is: already which u got the messege to install jaws 11 or jaws 12, I'll agree for that, But It will not work properly. I mean it will not support properly to ur system. So 1 thing I'll tell you that is: 1st you should deegrade that 64 bit, and upgrade windows 7 . and install 32 bit. I'll tell you surely It will work good. Why I am telling you means ? , At presently I am also working in same laptop My laptop is also dell, windows 7. and 32 bit , and jaws 12.
