Specification is sufficient for installing win 7 pro 64 but would suggest to buy one that has preinstalled OS instead of upgrading from Win7 Home Basic 32-bit to win 7 pro 64. Also some softwares almost 90% are actually 32bit & may not work directly with 64 bit OS . One example being JAWS software.
