not answering the call or somebody who knows nothing about this is picking
up the phone. I have even left my contact details, but so far no reply.

In all probabilities the center will be The Government Law College,
Churchgate Mumbai, however the final announcement will be made by the
University of Mumbai, prior to four days of the exams. But it is 100%
sure
that the center will be somewhere in town itself.
Conditions:
1. Anybody possessing sufficient reading skills in English is welcome.
2. The reader should not be of Law stream. Preference will be given to
somebody from Commerce / Science.
3. The person is required to reach at the venue at least 15 minutes
before
starting of the exam.
