Apoorv,
Quite shocked with your query. Any and all exams can and are held at the
same time as other exams. Why would institutions be stopped by any circular
etc. from holding exams at the same time?
I am sorry that it is inconvenient for your brother but ......

Subject: [AI] Need urgent guidance for mumbai university exam
Dear all,
My brother is going to appear for his third year Bachelor of Mass Media
(BMM) final examination from 30 March 2011. As his college has arranged
to schedule the second year BMM exams on the same days, he is not able
to take help of his regular writer who studies in second year BMM.
I was wondering if there is any circular or regulations which prohibit
colleges from scheduling second year exams on the same date as the third
year exams. If yes, request you to kindly forward the same on my
personal id [email protected]
Thanks and regards,
Apoorv
