Magistrate lower judiciary is identified for blind at number 466.
Your state government may have restricted the identification, it happens, many 
things happen in India.

dear kanchan,
The post of magistrate is not identified and there is no reservation created 
for the VI. The High court of Andra Pradesh as given one percent for OH in the 
recent notification last month. Inspite of me giving several representations 
the application of the VI is rejected on the ground of Sec 12 clause 3 (a) of 
judicial services code.
