hello, dear sir, you can of course change the startup tone of nokia cellphones, for that you need the Explorer software. After installing the explorer, go toZ:\system\sounds\dijitle\ there you will get 2/3 files, there you will also find the file named as "Startup.mid" you can of course replace this file.
