The Nokia 6275 is a series 40 phone, and the number 40 is as bad as anything could be for accessibility! There are a couple of Windows Mobile on CDMA but outside India or at least I could not find them in India. Though Reliance and Tata were showing some HTC touch pro phones on their good for nothing eStore. A while ago heard something about IPhone with CDMA but don't have latest info.
Now the good news, there are a couple of new HTC / Moto phones on CDMA network running Android, have not checked the stores lately and android is as good as you go on exploring it but be sure to deal with initial frustration that comes when trying to set up a11y apps. Let me know if you would like to experiment with Android, I can give you some quick start tips to save a little time.
