The problem is that though no application is open or rather no app is being
shown, but some of the apps like music player keep running in background
which eat your RAM thus creating this kind of error.
The solution is to use a software called "task man", which lets you close
such background running apps along with useless processes running in
background.
I believe it to be a freeware software, and can be downloaded via googling
as I don’t recollect the info about its website or manufacturer.
