you cannot use airtell sim in the bsnl data card because it is made for

Dear friends I am using a datacard device of teracom company to brows
the internet. i purchased it from bsnl exchange. it provides high
speed internet access with 2g sim too although it is meant for 3g. i
want to use it with airtel sim. friends by inserting the airtel sim it
shows the full network and provide the
accessibility of using phone. but it does not alow the accessibility
of of internet with this sim. and with bsnl 2g it is providing the
speed abobe 80 kbps while downloading. i want use the airtel internet
on it. if any body can solve the problem please?
