as there very few dealers of assistive devices, rate contracts do not exist.
shivaji university purchased jaws for me on the basis of single
quotation from karishma enterprises.
the dealer has to certify that he is the sole dealer in the state or in india.
not only assistive devices but for the things for which there are no
rate contract are purchased by inviting quotations from different
firms.
