Hi,

I am using a Dell Inspiron 1525 since 3 years and am very happy using it. It
has come with Windows Vista pre-installed and also has Windos Media Center.
Only once that I required a Dell service personnel to attend it as I stepped
on the keyboard accidentally and caused the CTRL, SHIFT and CAPSLOCK keys to
malfunction. It was so kind of them to replace the keyboard free of cost
upon knowing that I primarily use the keyboard due to vision disability.

I have a number of sighted friends who share a similar experience with the
same model and a couple of them using Dell Studio laptops too. My suggestion
here is to go for it depending on your requirements and budget. Maybe, some
folks on the forum have a different viewpoint.

Best Regards,
Zujar...
