Hi,,

It has been my experience that the customer service people ar seldom of any help. Whenever I have called the customer service for any query/ complaint, instead of registering the same,they simply ask to visit the gallery to sort out the issue.

You can drop a mail to the nodal officer of your area
clearly mentioning the problem and also indicating the fact that the customer service is not registering your complaint.
The nodal officer is bound to solve your query within a week.
You can get the email id of the nodal officer from the airtel website.

from last 20 days I am facing problem with air tell,


actually, they are deducting my balance from my phone,
some times 30 fills, or some times 60 fills,
I have off the internet and GPRS on my phone,
but the problem is still remaining,
I have contact to the air tell operator,
they are telling that you have not activated any offer and all,
I tolled that then why my money is deducting automatically?

then they use to cut the phone,

even I tolled them that, I am visually impair,
then also no response from them.

please kindly help me in this case.
I am too much worried,
I don't know what to do.

please help me as soon as possible.
