Another question which comes in my mind: there was some difference in the
email formats of both wlm and MSOE?
So supposing I start using MSOE and if after backup I am placed in a
situation where I don’t have access to MSOE and I wish to open those emails,
will it be possible?
And I heard that in MSOE you can configure your mail in such a way that if
you send email to mass, then particular sender will be addressed by his
first name or in whatever way you want, and he will see only his name?
What is that called?

Never admit in public that you got scared. It leaves a wrong
impression on the lawyer's community as well as on our future clients.
Now, MSOE, ummm! yes I remember, it actually was a little irritating
to use with JAWS, but I'll leave that up to you.
I can't think of any quick tips for using it, but the method remains
the same, configure the account, test it and then allow it to download
the emails.
I'm not too sure whether you can import emails from WLM, but do try to
go into the export/import menu.
And, about the special features, except mail merge, I can't think of
any other feature, though you can sync your Nokia with the address
book of MSOE.
