Hi rg, I advise you to return BSNL data card and instead buy a Micromax data card. I also faced the same problem with BSNL data card. It has some compatibility issues with Vista.The audio driver stops functioning the moment you connect the data card. I discovered the same day I bought it. I returned the same got entire money back cash immediately. It will take some time for you to get your money back.
