First of all, your mail ID is your user name @ bsnl.in or dataone.in. If you
have take the connection recently, it should be bsnl.in. You can talk to
there call centre on 1504 and they will guide you. Second important thing,
you can not create another mail ID on bsnl site.

here my subject line says that I want to creat another e-mail account in
bsnl website. I am using bsnl broadband. when I had taken broadband
connection, at that time they might have created my e-mail id in bsnl
website, but I have forgoten or I have lost that paper in which they have
given e-mail id. so, I want to creat a new id or is there any solution to
know our e-mail id? actually we are living in a small town, so in our town
bsnl facility is not that good, so they will not answer my question.
