Its the order/direction of the CCPD in Anjali arora's application. The UGC
has sent it to all Universities.
I will look for it tomorrow.
Also CBSE has it in the guidelines.

Folks,
Does anybody have, or know, about any circular which would allow the
people with vision impairment to write their exams using the computers at
the university level? I know many of the people who've done this in the
past and have been doing successfully but I require a formal document in
order to be able to support some of my students at my college.
