"Pran " means permanant retirement acount number. ariar means a collective amount which is given to the employ after any monetorial announcement from gov. e.g. if gov announces 5 percent increase in the d. a. in the month of march, it will be effective form the month of jan. so the employ will get 3 months of ariar which will means that they get the difference of 5 percent form the month of jen.
