Hi all! We are aware that a PIL has been filed against railway regarding the concession for disabled in e-ticket in delhi high court. The railway bord has to file there reply on 18th of may regarding the same. I would like to know that anyone have any update regarding the case? I think it's the topic of much intrest for all of us.
