Hi, I responded after carefully observing the contents in the two emails and also after reading the Word document containing the list of successful candidates. When this news was first brought to my notice, I requested the local people not to try to expose the individual, as it'll create bad impression about the VI in the public. Meanwhile, the local NFB members are in the process of filing an application under RTI, I was told.
