Dear sir/madam
The problems of the disability can best experience and understand by the
disabled people only. The Differently Abled Employees Welfare Association AP
is
working for achieving the rights including reservation in promotions for the
employees with disability. The issue of reservation in promotions to the
disabled employees was accepted by the then Chief Minister Late YS Raja
Sekhara
Reddy and the file was also approved by Sri. K. Roshaiah garu former CM.
Unfortunately the officials who are not interested in granting this concession
are playing delay tactics in the name of recirculation and under flimsy
grounds, though the Government of India is applying rule of reservation in
promotions in all cadres and services with perfect guidelines.This association
will always work for the cause of employees with disability and their welfare
and upliftment in all walks of life.
We are conducting "VIKALANGA UDYOGULA MAHA SABHA" On 05/06/2011 at 11.00 AM at
PRAKASHAM HALL, GANDHI BHAVAN, NAMPALLY HYDERABAD to ventilate many problems
of
the disabled in day to day life.
Honorable Smt. V. Sunitha Laxma Reddy the Minister for IKP, Women, Children,
Disable and Juvenile Welfare Minister has kindly consented to be the Chief
Guest.
Main Demands:
1. Reservation in Promotions in all cadres and services.
2. Transfers on request without restriction of 2 years service, Native
Mandal/District and
40% disability and also retention in the same place, which is convenient.
3. Full pension to those recruited late and could not put up required service
4. Transport Allowance
5. To allow own vehicle in LTC, tours etc
6. To give OD facility for processing of higher education on par with the SC&ST
employees.
7. To regulate the services of APVCC and pay them PRC2010 salaries including
arrears.
8. Provide barrier free environment in all offices
9. House sites to all eligible employees. and others.
Therefore all are requested to encourage and motivate the disabled employees
in
their respective areas to attend the said meeting and make it a grand success,
so that the officials who are playing delay tactics will open their eyes and
do
some good work for the benefit of this disabled community.
