You need to go to the head-office of your district, not to the nearest
office. Rather, you just have to apply to the head-office with your
blindness certificate

circular that says about twenty percent concession on broadband service.
There the officer denied to provide concession. Kindly guide me what
further step I can take. And clear me another thing that I am using home
