The training will be conducted to enable the candidates to become employable in Service Management positions in IBM. Details Below: Service Management Positions - Job Description: The job would primarily involve addressing queries from customers (both internal and external) on issues related to infrastructure (which could be servers, network, etc.). These queries then need to be evaluated and either forwarded to the concerned department or uploaded in a tool. You would have to follow up on the status of the query and ensure that the same is closed to the customer's satisfaction. The work will involve emails, phone conversations and face to face discussions as well as knowledge of internal tools used by IBM for this position. Job location: Hyderabad Training details: Training location: Bangalore Duration of the training: 10 weeks (commencing on July 5th 2011. Venue: will be communicated Eligibility: Any visually impaired person with the following 1. 15 years of formal education. 2. Good computer skills 3.
