Hy sir firstly to download the software just go to the website of zone alarm which is www.zonealarm.com then install it after installing zone alarm will display a message that it has detected a new network between your pc and other internet or computer then there is a curve that you will have to sellect between internet zone and trusted zone choose internet zone and click on ok and you are don note : I say it a curve because this is not supported by pc cursor of jaws use jaws cursor or invisible cursor to choose one of the radio buttons and then press ok regards
