Dear Dinesh

It is outrageous and hurts when such things are thrown on us time and again.

Now you have asked what can be done,:
1 Preserve the tickets
2 Write a detail account of the incident and send it by registered post and
seek explaination from the management on their conduct.
3 If you get a reply, then depending the response take further action
4 File a case at the consumer redressal cell seeking hefty compensation
5 File a case at PWD commissioner
6 File a complaint with Ministry of tourisim

Pl do keep us updated on the developments.

Harish Kotian.

Dear friends I want to share a moment with you. Me and my wife both are blind.
We went to visit to this place. we have bought all the tickets of inside. There
were many things there to enjoy and sighted people were enjoying all things.
for example they were swinging and boating in lake and having tickets of we
have been denied to use anything to use there saying that we are blind and
because of securityy reasons. Though we have got our guide. They said that your
child can avail all the things but you, both can not use anything even my wife,
whenn she was sitting on some Jhoola some worker came and said please leave the
Jhoola because you are blind. Our tickets waisted of 1000 and we came without
used of anything i that place and other parents werr enjoying all the things
there. I asked them to proide me any written document they denied.
