it is the rule of railway that you have to obtain a fresh certificate in
every 5 years. it doesn't matter whether you have permanent disability
certificate. certificate for disability and for rail concession travel, both
are different document.

I have 1 query regarding railway consessions.
Generally every 5 years 1 needs to renew consessions certificates by
visiting doctor especially eyes specialist.
I got a permanent disability certificate issued by Eye hospital A.P.
now my question is why should 1 repeat the proces of obtaining
consession & disability forms every 5 years.
