Hello all, CBSE is conducting a Proficiency Test for class X students (now in XI) starting 4th of July through July8. After the High Court order, I had hoped that CBSE will publish some guidelines as far as the accommodations and scribe eligibility conditions were concerned. However, no circular or notification has been released by the Board as yet. Kindly advise what to do in this regard? As usual, the board officials cannot be contacted on the phone Nos. available on the CBSE website.
