Good Morning Mr. Singla, Indeed it can be termed as one of the common problems among VI employees. Its nice to hear that you got good managerial designation justifying your qualification. In technical sense, you should go with Mr. Prashant mail as he has very big and valuable experience working with VI persons. I feel, this problem comprises a good amount of human behavioural aspect than technical one. Though it is imperative that VI person should be technically well equipped and must be updated with latest developments. keep talking with your superiors and you are the only who has to search for suitable job and work oppportunity surrounding your office place. Because you know what kind of works are being performed in your local office environment and can find out proper space where you can fit yourself to flow in the mainstream. You should not hesitate to grab small work opportunities in beginning (though somehow match with your qualification). Keep try to upgrade and update your skills and experience. always believe in good interpersonal relations All the best
