I think it depends on what sort of material you wish to read.

1. If it is typed on a computer then probably you would be able to
read using different TTS suggested by members. In this way you can
read most of the Hindi news on Internet and, in this case Lekha is
perfect.

2. But, if you wish to read any scanned material using these, I am
doubtful of any positive result.
