hello list.
There is a friend of me who has a visually challenged relative. the
girl is 4 years old, and the parents are not quite informed about the
educational opportunities and life chances available to a visually
challenged in the state. the child haven't developed mobility skills
that much, as the parents are a bit over caring. would like to know
whether there are any mobility training available in the state. I have
passed on whatever information available to me, but I think some more
informed professional advice is what they need.
how do one go about it?
