Hai Ajay. Android phones could be used with Mobile Accessibility which is a suite of 10 applications. Along with this, you can use Talkback or Speel which may be preinstalled in some models. If not, you can download and install a 30 day demo version of these applications directly from the Android Market using the assistance of someone as you cannot do it on your own.
In addition, there are many third party applications such as the KickBack and the SoundBack, to name a few. However, speech recognition is available only on phones using Android version 2.2 and above. Try and check out the codefactory website for a detailed list of the applications. Regards Sultana.
