Hi mukesh, First you have to press enter on the contact which u want to make conversation and it will open a new window for that contact. By default your focus will be in the edit box of the window and just type and press enter it will go to that person. To check the message history press "control+shift+m" and same key to come back to the edit area.
To make voice chat pressF11 and F12 for disconnecting the cal. F11 to receive the call. Press "ins+H" in the googletalks window to get the hot keys.
