who is that person who told you not to go for such facility? I myself using
thumb impration for operating bank account and successfully using net
banking from last 3 years.
Secondly, I would like to ask that unknown access indian person do you think
that sighted people are completely safe from hacking? Is the risk involve in
the case of visually impaired only? And who told you that bank will not
provide this facility for single account with thumb impration? They have to
provide the same if there higher authority is telling to do so.
I kindly request all please please please do not discourage people by
telling such non-sence things. Sorry for such rude statement. But can't
help.

many days have passed, but still I haven't got any positive response from
their side. yesterday also I went there and I asked about netbanking, but
they didn't reply me properly by saying that they still haven't got any

who can easily hacks our accounts. and he told me that I should not to do
any kind of complain against them. and he further told me that if I have
join account, then only I can go for this kind of facilities, otherwise
because of hackers, we, as a visually impared should not take this
facilities. and because i do the thumb impression, they will not provide
me this facilities.

here my problem is that I have applyed online net banking and mobile
banking facility in bank of baroda. first they tryed to reject my form
by saying that we will not give this kind of facilities to visually
impared person. after I gave the circular of reserve bank of india, they
accept my form, but now, 15 days have passed, but they are still not
giving me this facilities. I called them many times, and I also wisited
twice, last I wisited on monday only, but they are saying that they
haven't got permition from their suppiriors yet.
so, what step I should take against them to get facilities as soon as
posible?
please suggest me and help me about this serious matter.
