ask him to search on the web for terms such as 'basic html gmail'
he would land on a help page talking about it. there's a link for going
to the basic html view & once there, he can create a links list and click on
the option that says to make the basic html as the default view.
we're talking about a company, who has never focused & will never, as a
matter of policy, focus on the needs of the blind. they demonstrate their
commitment towards anti-accessibility with every possible product that they
have ever released in the past & continue to do so with every present &
future release.

Hi,
One of my friends wanted to set the gmail account into basic html vew.
But he cannot find the basic html link in the gmail after opening the
account. The links in the gmail are shown as a list, but the links
such as standerd view, basic html etc. are missing. Could you help in
finding a solution for this problem?
