Hi, Kindly clarify one thing. Under the previous year question papers link on the UPSC website, it shows up a separate question paper (paper II) for the visually challenged having no diagrams. However, as per the replies of a few members, it seems that no separate papers were administered. What is this? Kindly clarify.
