Hi Gunasekaran,

This is new height of ridiculousness.  Denial of continuance of
service after initial allowance.  But realise that this is the world
we have  to live in.

Did you show him the master circular of RBI?  Did you make a complaint
in writing to the manager quoting the RBI master circular?  Did you
make a complaint to the next level manager after taking the first 2
steps?  If you have done all the above, write to the banking ombudsman
and keep the group informed about the progress.

Please mention the state  you live in so that I can give you the
address of the concerned banking ombudsman.
