Hi dear friends good evening,
How are you? I am well, hope that you are also well, I am obserbving
about very important issue related to blind community, we are reading,
writing about the resolution and give the solution which is called
scriber issue.
This is very important and old issue for the blind person which is
very important issue.
Please tell what is the exec circular about the scriber it should be
specify.
This is fact scriber should pass class 12th but he should fresher or
before 5, 8, 12 years they should pass class 12th I would like to ask
about the issue.
While I have seen that during the written test of SSC, SSC is
providing scriber, but scriber is provided by SSC who is unable to
read English if scriber pass class 12th with second or third division
then how is it possible that who may read or write as scriber,
We should know what is the basic circular about the scriber issue?
Last time I have asked about this issue in federation of the blind
they don’t have any information regarding the same issue.
If there is no specific circular about this issue then why we are not
filing aganst this issue to the high court or CCD?
I therefore, request you to please provide all information regarding
the same issue and co-operate to resolve the problem of this issue.
