What prateek is saying is very true. In this situation, it's nearly
impossible to get the confirm reservations in the trains. And most
important, no one can take the risk to travel without confirm reservation in
such a long gerny.
So I also kindly request you to re-consider the dates.

Respected harish sir,
As I’ve already expressed gratitude for organizing the AI
convention, just today I got to discover that the diwali festival will
begin very next day onwards, that’s 24th of October.
Considering deepawali such a significant festival, it will be near to
impossible to be away from home, at least for me, and others like me.
Moreover, the trains too will be pretty crowded around that time,
considering the festival’s dates on head.
Isn’t it possible to please preponde or postponed the convention to
certain days so that maximum participation can be expected?
Many people like me will remain deprived from such an intresting event
if it is organized on 22 and 23 october, so kindly consider to change
the dates.
