hello, i have filled up the application form successfully. i could even take the print out of this form with no difficultyu. may be this problem dew to incomplete upload of photograph and signature as i have to struggle lot to upload my photo and signature several times and then i also had to take several attempts to reach to payment gateway via online banking.
