Most of the universities and Colleges are not aware of the scheme and not coming forward to meet special needs of persons with disabilities. You cannot purchase all the accesiries you mentioned in your mail with your limited budget of Rs. 1.5 lakhs. First you try to get quotations and then decide which accessible devices you can purchase.
