Hello Mr. Sandeep, As far as my knowledge is concerned, N150 is availlable with pre-loaded windows7 starter addition where outlook express cannot work. But you can install windows live mail. You can install office 2003 or 2007 where you can work with MS out look mail client. You can use it for browsing and reading and recording purposes. If you want to install XP operating system better go for N148 which is availlable in dass mode and cheeper than N150. With best wishes, [email protected]
