rajesh ji, fsquirt is the same command or shourtcut of
start>programs>accessories>communication>bluetooth file transfer wizard.
both, bluetooth file transfer wizard and bluetooth in send to option, only
appears if your bluetooth device is properly installed and recognised by
your operating system. if not, both will not appear. if you mannually run
fsquirt command, it will prompt you to installed proper bluetooth device.

Dear rajesh, first of all, under which operating system are you using the
external bluetooth dongle? if it is recognised by your operating system,
then do the following: pull up the run by pressing the window key+R and
then "fsquirt" and press enter to launch bluetooth file transfer wizard.
It seems your bluetooth device is not require any third party driver after
seeing your problem. if this is not a case, if you reveal your bluetooth
device brand, we can figureout your problem exactly. note: if you are
experiencing one way communication, do the following in order to establish
communication from both. open bluetooth file transfer wizard by pressing
the fsquirt from the run dialog box. simply say next and select "receive
a file and say next. now continue rest of the process on your mobile or
other bluetooth device from where you want to receive the file.
