i am also having same problem . i have joined my yahoo.co.in account with
outlook 2007 . now whenever i try to open it , outlook asks for e-mail id
and password although i have adjusted the settings properly .
neither i can send mails nor i can recieve mails. infact i can't open it ...

I too, am having problems with my yahoo.co.in account in Outlook Express.
Since yesterday morning, I find that while I can send messages from my
yahoo.co.in account, no messages are coming into my in box.
I wonder if any of the server settings have been changed by Yahoo?
