Dear all, As per discussion going on our list, we are planning a trip 1day before and after convention. We have a toor opperator in pune. Our group from pune aproach them for a custamise package for us. We ask him the following. 1. We are reaching to trivandrum on 11 nov morning. We want sight seeing on that day. 2. Hotel stay in self contain room during the convention. 3. pickup and drop from hotel to venue of convention. 4. A short trip to Kanyakumari on 14th of nov. For all of the above things, he has given us the packeg cost of 4500 per person. We also asked for lunch and deaner for other than convention days. But currently this package is without food. However, we are trying to nigociate the price with food. We will be around 8 to 10 persons from pune. If there will be more participants, then we can nigociate more. Please note, Rail fare from your place to trivandrum and back to the destination and mill and breakfast during train gerny is not included in the package.
