I am not sure about any option to restore settings to default, but you can certainly uninstall and reinstall to fix this problem. After uninstalling the program, you have to restart your computer and delete the gold wave folder and the associated registry key. However remember that it will also remove your registration info and you have to reregister the program which should be easy enough.
