Manoj GPS system exclusively for blind was called wayfinder, and has been withdrawn from market. You can use loadstone, but it has limited functionality. Why don't you go in for C5 with talks which comes with internal GPS receiver and has nokia maps with voice guidance.. It serves the need very good, and is available for a price of Rs. 8200 from saksham as a special offer. I think it is not a bad bargain...
