I need an information regarding the special recruitment drive for persons with 
disabilities by a Government organisation:

1. Is there any law / rule / guideline stating that the vacancies advertised in 
a special recruitment drive for PWDs are must to be filled by the organisation 
undertaking the drive if sufficient number of candidates are available in the 
interview.
2. What can we do if the organisation does not fill up the total number of 
posts advertised in the special recruitment drive even if they had interviewed 
sufficient number of candidates?
