The answers to your first two questions are in affirmative.
In the context of second question, depending on which version of Jaws you
are using, you may have to use Jaws curser in order to read the command
prompt. Note that Jaws 5 and earlier do not support reading of command
prompt.
Third question however, remains unclear for me.

Nowadays the blind can easily operative computer on par with
sighted with the help of JAWS and N V D A etc. However I had doubts about
these software's. They are
1. Can these software's support the blind to learn JAWA, ORACLE,C,C++ etc.
2. I had opened command prompt but JAWS is not supporting whether it
supports or not, can you suggest any alternative?
3. We can easily install JAWS software because we hear the audio
