Dear sir, Understand from your below mail that, only because of original concession certificate verification we (VI) Can't book our own tickets thru internet.
Senior citizens - how they are booking their tickets thru internet with out submitting or verification of their original age proof document. My concern is why this same rule not apply for VI people.
