Hello, I heard that persons with 80% disability are automatically entitled to BPL status. Some organisations recently demanded for inclusion of all persons with disabilities into this category. What is the actual situation? Is there any order?
I also heard that GR or government relief is supplied to disabled people, widows and persons with no financial support from any end. Is there any circular on it? Or, has it been abolished? I need this information for some acquaintances of mine. Please help. If there is instance of such provisions in other states, instances might help.
